This bass was built by the Bassist and Bass Builder David Certain. David is building some nice Jazz and Precision type basses and is producing a new tone control that will create great sounds from "passive" basses. This Bass has aftermarket Fender "type" parts and a Fender decal. IT IS NOT A FENDER BASS! But it looks like one, so it has a lot of fun appeal for much less money. It also has a neck you can adjust without taking it off the body. I like that folks and it makes life easier. It sounds more vintage than modern and reminds me of some of the 70s Jazz basses I have owned. A great Bass at a great price!
