The 4 Band EQ will cover any and I mean any musical situation you are confronted with as this Bass can sound Old School, New School or No School with anything in between. I switched to Vadim Basses years ago because I could not find anything to compare them with from a value standpoint. Nobody offers this kind of workmanship, playability, feel and sound for this kind of money. His work is a labor of True Love and a Passion to create the best possible Bass for a working Musician to express themselves with. He does all of the work himself BY HAND! No CNC machine ever had anything to do with the magic here. I am continuously amazed that he is able to build an instrument on this level with his bare hands using hand tools only! It is truly art but art that is not flamboyant for the sake of making a statement. When you play a Vadim 4 string you immediately are reminded of what a great Bass is supposed to feel like. The Bass should never draw your attention away from your musical thoughts, but inspire you to play what you feel and what you are hearing in your head. This is one of those instruments that allows you to transform your thoughts into sound with ease being seamless in the process. I can not tell you how truly wonderful this instrument is in words. Vadim has a special knack for hitting the mark on incredible basses but I love how he really delivers every time he builds a 4 String.
